Everybody Eats! Help organize fun dine-out nights with local restaurants to bring families together and support Woodside. Responsibilities include scheduling events, promoting them, and working with the PTC and restaurant partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Chick fil a Sales! Work closely with Chick-fil-A to order sandwiches for selected sporting events. They coordinate with the PTC board to advertise sales dates, set up a table at games, and sell delicious chicken sandwiches to students and families—bringing great food and school spirit together!

Donate! Your donation helps us provide essential resources, host special events, and support our dedicated staff and students.

Teacher Appreciation! Help plan and organize ways to celebrate our amazing teachers and staff throughout the year—including stocking a treat cart, coordinating staff meals, and leading our week-long Teacher Appreciation event in the spring.

Teacher Grants! Support our staff by assisting with the teacher grant process! This chair and committee send out the fall grant request form, collects applications, meets with the board to select recipients, and helps order or reimburse materials with the PTC Treasurer’s support.

Dances! Lead the planning for our fun winter dance! Choose a theme, coordinate decorations, and help create a memorable night for our students to enjoy.

Trivia Night! Team up with a board member to plan a fun-filled family trivia night! Help organize trivia rounds, prizes, and concessions for an evening of friendly competition and laughs.

Spirit Nights Partner with local businesses to host fun nights out for students and families, where a portion of sales is donated back to Woodside. Assist with scheduling with vendors, promote events, and serve as the main contact for tracking funds raised—helping turn family fun into school support!

Warrior 5K Help organize our annual 5K and Fun Run held in the spring at the Woodside track. A great opportunity to bring the community together for a fun, family-friendly event for all ages!

8th Grade Luncheon/ Last Day of School! Help with planning of our 8th Grade Graduation celebration! Coordinate a catered lunch (Casa’s is a favorite), organize setup/cleanup teams, plan decorations like a balloon arch and centerpieces, and oversee fun touches like a photo booth and student slideshow. A great role for someone organized and creative!
